The El Dorado Condos are a beautiful set of condos located in the Cordarta neighborhood in northern Bellingham.  They are a gated, age restricted (55+) community, and they were built with style and convenience in mind.  The El Dorado Condos were built in 2005, and there are 12 buildings with a total of 63 condos.  Each building has an elevator, and each condo has its own private one car detached garage.  These condos were built for easy living, for adults that appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.  The condominium is nestled in a wooded grove, and the landscaping is immaculate.  Residents enjoy total privacy and security, as the complex is fully gated and fenced off.  The complex includes a beautiful clubhouse with kitchen inside, a dog run, a community garden and a putting green for the golf enthusiasts.

The interior of these condos speak for themselves.  While the floor plans are all a little different, and have the options of 1 to 3 bedrooms, every single one of the El Dorado Condos has cable TV, high speed internet, vaulted 10 ft. ceilings, radiant floor heat and a gas fireplace.  Most of the condos also include features like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and private decks overlooking the greenbelt.  This sanctuary of design and comfort truly exemplifies the Pacific Northwest.  Enjoy the privacy of a gated community while still only being a few minutes’ drive away from the heart of downtown Bellingham, with all its restaurants and shopping.
