Q3 and the Whatcom County Real Estate Market

“How has Covid-19 impacted the housing market in Whatcom County”, you ask? I was able to help more families with their Real Estate goals for both the 2nd and 3rd quarters this year than the same quarters last year! If that’s any indicator, you can assume that the market is still very busy and stable. Almost all segments of our market have seen increases in value this year!
